Reloading the game did not fix it. It seems like the cyclops is stuck at the cockpit. WebThen I turned around and saw all my lockers dropping off the walls and floating away through the floor of the Cyclops. I considered trying to get to them and empty them and then reclaim the lockers with the habitat builder, but I checked my save and saw that it was, weirdly enough, also only 14 minutes prior, so I just hit alt-F4 instead.

Bugs is bad. You do have one recourse at this point, which is that the Terraformer is still in-game, so you could carve a hole (or widen an existing one) such that you could drive the clops out.
